At 541 Creative Group, LLC, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure a smooth experience with your purchases. Please review our refund policies below for digital products, coaching services, and physical products.

Refund Policy

Digital Products (Courses, Downloads, Templates)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once you have received access to your purchase, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. If you experience any issues accessing your product, please contact us at contact@kimberlybrownmd.com for assistance.

Coaching & Consulting Services

All coaching and consulting services are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the session will not be refunded or credited.

Workshops & Live Events

If you are unable to attend a live event or workshop, you may request a credit toward a future event of equal value. Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled by us.

Physical Products (Books)

All sales of physical products, including books, are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for physical products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at contact@kimberlybrownmd.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue for review.

Processing Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in cases where an event is canceled by us or if a digital product cannot be accessed due to technical errors on our end. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
