But once I realized that my success couldn’t be built on vibes and memory alone, everything changed.

The Chaos Wasn't Cute Anymore
I used to feel like every task in my business was urgent, and everything depended on me. I was the marketing team, the sales rep, the admin, the strategist—and the ER doc working shifts in between.
I didn’t have systems. I had vibes. And let me tell you: vibes don’t scale.
So when I finally hit that wall, I sat down and asked myself:
What would it look like to run this business like a CEO instead of a burnt-out side hustler?
That’s when I started building out real frameworks for how things get done—without me having to do everything.
What I Put in Place to Get My Sanity Back
Let me tell you exactly what shifted. I created systems in four core areas:
Sales: I automated my inquiry process, payment links, and client onboarding so people could pay me without me chasing anyone down.
Marketing: I repurposed content and got real about the kind of visibility I actually have time for. (Spoiler: it’s not showing up everywhere.)
Delivery: I systematized my coaching so I wasn’t recreating the wheel for every client.
Self-Care: Yes, I created systems for rest. I hired support. I blocked off downtime. Because if I’m down bad, my business is too.
And it worked.
I didn’t just feel better—I started operating better. Making more, doing less, and showing up with way more peace.
